How can we help?

A little help. Back to the game.

Email Fool Me ↗

Join a room

Ask the host for the six-character room code, such as ABC123, and enter it in Join a game. Each player needs their own device and an internet connection. If the code is rejected, check it with the host; the room may have closed, filled up or excluded your player.

A game stopped responding

Check your connection, reopen Fool Me and try returning to your room while it is still active. Give us your app version, device model, approximate time and a description of what happened. Share screenshots only after removing personal details and active room codes.

Restore Pro

Open the Pro page and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If access still does not appear, contact support with the plan name and purchase date. Do not send payment card details, passwords or verification codes.

Cancel a subscription or request a refund

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fool Me. Cancellation stops future renewals under Apple's rules. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Removing the app or deleting your Fool Me account does not cancel the subscription.

Request a refund from Apple ↗

Delete your player or account

In Fool Me, open Profile → Account & saved progress and choose the deletion option. This removes the live player/account and associated personal game records. If you cannot access the app, email support from the account email if possible, describe the request and provide only the information needed to identify your player. Guest accounts may require additional ownership verification. Never send a sign-in code.

Report a player, question or artwork issue

Email support with a concise description. For a question correction, include the category, language and question text. For abusive behavior, include an approximate time and any relevant evidence with unrelated personal information removed. Hosts can kick disruptive players from the room. For copyright or trademark concerns, identify the material and your rights.
